Overview
Reaction withstand voltage testing is an important testing to examine the transformer, longitudinal insulation of mutual inductor, the winding turn-to-turn, interlayer dielectric strength.
This device is mainly used for voltage level 220KV and above voltage mutual inductors to do the reaction withstand voltage testing, partial discharge measurements, etc.
The third harmonic generation power console has the operations of closing, brake-up, set-up, set-down, the current alarm device through the current relay control, in the process of the operation, when the output current is greater than the setting of current control system it cut off the main power supply. The console panel installs display current, voltage indicating instrument, it can display the input voltage, input current, mutual inductor primary side voltage, the output voltage frequency, etc.
This experimental device is made up by third harmonic generation transformer, voltage regulator, control, measure and protects system. The capacity of the full set equipment is 5-20KVA, input voltage three phases 380V, output voltage single phase 0-450V, 150Hz.
